Ingredients

  • ACOMOCA Medium Grind Coffee: 3 tablespoons

  • Hot Water: Just off the boil (90–96°C)

  • Phin Filter Brewing:

    Add 3 spoons of coffee to the phin filter. Place the gravity press gently on top. Pour a little hot water to bloom for 30 seconds, then fill the phin to the top. Let it drip slowly.

  • Optional: Stir in condensed milk or pour over ice for a classic Vietnamese-style coffee.
