How to brew your coffee with Vietnamese Phin

1. Prep the Phin and Coffee

  • Place the Phin on your cup and rinse with hot water.

  • Add 3 tablespoons of Acomoca’s Medium Grind coffee.

2. Bloom and Pour

  • Pour a little hot water to bloom the coffee.

  • Fill the chamber with hot water and cover with the lid.

3. Brew

  • Let the coffee drip slowly (4-5 minutes).

  • TIP: Let gravity do the work - no need to press the filter.

4. Serve

  • Remove the Phin and relish the aroma of your brew.

  • Enjoy hot or pour over ice for a chilled treat.
